I'm gonna write about my favourite burger shop "Escapade". A burger shop on Pra-A-tid road which had been faced many scandals and complaint from 2013 in Pantip.com, a Thai community site.
To be honest, I didn't really care much about those things. I just focused on "Truffle mushroom sauce" and "chocolate black buns" They sounded definitely attractive, didn't they? LOLLLL
Some people also said that this restaurant looked like just a funky bar (and I agree LOL), so there're not many people expect any great burger here. But I'm gonna tell you that they have've got Best American Food Restaurant Award from Wongnai(The Thai renowned food site) 3-year-in a row!! This is a must-try restaurant for food haunter!!
Arrived! The restaurant is (too) small and always full of custumors. As the lights were quite dark, so sorry for bad photos ;-;)/
Ps. All staffs are polite, don't really trust than scandals...They've already improved (even still quite looked underground-style LMAOOO)
Today, we orderd same menu as always, lamp chocolate bun burger marinated in truffle sauce(250฿), YUMMMMMM! The patties were great and juicy. There are triple and double patties too, read in menu again when you're there :D
They used to sell burger in a set with sweet potato fries(which are so delicious that always out of stock.......) But since the beginning of 2016, they don't sell in a set any more and sweet potato fries still always out of stock........well played, Escapade, well played........ =___= Remember if sweet potato fries are available when you visit there, you're such a lucky people on earth.
Btw, They have variety of beers but I don't drink beer so I had milk shake instead!
Their milk shake also tasted great, bur the price wasn't so nice.
Cranberry juice+vanilla icecream+banana+peanut butter+ caramel popcorn on top, good combination! :D
Let's see take away pack.... LOOK SO CHEAP, but who cares? if all burgers inside are outstanding.
